Steven is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial and emerging technology, and he excels at developing and funding growth strategies. Jason, on the other hand, is a creative problem solver with expertise in commercialization strategies and project execution. Together, we offer a comprehensive suite of services that can help businesses at every stage of their journey.
Both of us have held multiple executive roles as CEOs and company Board directors.
But what sets us apart is our deep domain expertise. We have both worked in a variety of industries, from healthcare to finance to technology, and we bring that experience to every project we take on. He is the founder of social purpose businesses across technology, mobile-payments, network-security, specialty products and maritime.
Steven is an active investor and advisor to impactful companies seeking cross border market entry in the US, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and UK. He is the Chairman of NetTech Advisors and Global Access Advisors.
He is a recognized expert in channel partnerships in Information Communication Technology and Enterprise Software. He has founded SmartCty and will Chair its advisory board and lead global partnerships.
Steven serves on multiple boards including the CUNY School of Law Board of Visitors, American Sustainable Business Network (where he served as ASBC Chairman), and was formerly Vice Chairman of GrowNYC appointed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg. He is also a Founder of the Friends of Hudson River Park.
Steven has launched mobile payments platforms, owned and operated the first US Passenger Ships to run on biodiesel fuel, and has driven market adoption and channel partnerships for Fortune Five Companies to Start-ups, and ASX traded companies.
Steven is an Attorney and Member of the Bars of NY and NJ.

Jason Waller is a public company CEO and Director with multi-domain expertise and an entrepreneurial focus. His leadership skills have been honed by more than 25 years in executive roles at global and national scales. He was born in Perth and joined the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) in 1987 as a pilot.
His diverse postings included flying instructor roles, a strategic review “Tiger Team” member, and senior positions in the Strategic Headquarters. He graduated from Staff College, earning a Master’s degree and was awarded prizes for Dux and best thesis. He has served operationally as a Commanding Officer both in in Iraq and at RAAF Base Pearce in WA.
After 22 years in the RAAF, he retired from service life as a Lt Col (eq) and began a career in the private sector.
He has since held executive roles in operations, enterprise-level B2B sales, M&A transactions, business development deals and major infrastructure projects in national and global organisations. These roles focused on leading organisations through strategic growth and transformation phases. His performance earned him national enterprise awards for Team World Class Performance and Team Leadership, Passion and Courage.
More recently, Jason has been CEO of two ASX-listed technology startups, taking them from founder-led through to capital raises, commercialisation and growth. Spookfish Ltd, was a disrupter in traditional geospatial markets. In 12 months, he grew the company to 2x enterprise value, and exited at $130m following the successful acquisition by a $30Bn private equity firm.
InteliCare Holdings, a technology company developed an artificial intelligence, Internet-of-Things solution, to help older adults and people with disability live independently. He took InteliCare through Seed, Series A and Series B rounds, before an IPO in 2020, where it opened at 2.5x value.
